PRESS TO CHGP?
Press accreditation will be issued to professional journalists who are holders of an officially valid press card.
In exceptional cases where the applicant does not have a press card, we will accept individual journalists who work for a recognized media. However, provided that it can be proven by presenting several articles that they have written about other motorsport events.
GUIDELINES FOR PRESS APPLICATIONS
Guidelines
Press photographers will be invited to cover CHGP. This year there will be very limited access to the special areas of the track for photographers.
To be considered as a photographer, you must have a valid press card or have previously covered CHGP. Photos taken from another motorsport event of international class can also be used to support the application.
All applications received by July 1st will be reviewed by CHGP press service, who will then notify the individual applicants.
It is not possible for CHGP to accommodate all applicants due to limited capacity for journalists and photographers.
Basic guidelines for press accreditations
In recent years, the Copenhagen Historic Grand Prix has seen a significant increase in the number of photographers, journalists and other media-related personalities applying for press accreditation for the historic Copenhagen event during the first weekend of August.
We are both proud and humbly grateful for the great interest in the Copenhagen Historic Grand Prix (CHGP), but unfortunately it is only possible to accredit a limited number of journalists and photographers for the weekend.
Procedure for application
Copenhagen Historic Grand Prix will, based on previously submitted applications and issued press accreditations, invite as many press and media personnel as possible to provide everyone with a good and safe experience at this year's Copenhagen Historic Grand Prix.
Invitation letters to the press are sent out in early/mid June.
As always, the press is warmly welcomed to this year's Copenhagen Historic Grand Prix - we look forward to seeing you and hope you have a fantastic weekend at Bellahøj Park!
